We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations in our New York office. Requirements
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events
- Experience with a start up environment, building out processes essential
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and vendor contracts
- Working knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Proven ability to create and refine operational systems to support organizational growth
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Can attend the New York office a minimum of 3 days per week
